Geo-location data is a record of the location of a vehicle, phone, or other device at a specific point in time. It can also include information about the acceleration experienced by that device. When collected over a period of time, geo-location data can be used to show the movements and travel patterns of a device, including the places it has been, the direction it was traveling, and the time of those journeys. This data is recorded in the background when the tracking system is activated and when you use our Apps on your phone or other device. The tracking system stops recording geo-location data when it is deactivated, which can be done through the App settings. Geo-location data is crucial to the functioning of our services. If you do not allow us to collect this data or request that the tracking system be deactivated, we will not be able to provide you with those Services.
Our Apps use the Firebase service provided by Google LLC ("Google") to store and manage your data. All data is processed in accordance with the law and is protected by appropriate security measures.
We use the RevenueCat service to process payments for in-app purchases. Your email address is passed to the RevenueCat service in order to handle these transactions and is retained by RevenueCat solely. All payment processing is carried out in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Your personal and financial information is protected by appropriate security measures.
Our Service offers certain features that enable users to share their geo-location data with other users. For instance, a user who has the noticar tracker app installed on a phone or other device may choose to share the geo-location data App have collected with other noticar App users. This sharing is only possible with the explicit consent of the device or phone owner, and no other users are able to access this data. The owner does have access to the email addresses of the users with whom he has chosen to share their geo-location data.
Once we have received your information, we will take steps to secure it using strict procedures and security measures. However, it is important to note that the internet is not a completely secure environment, and we cannot fully guarantee the security of your data during transmission to our Apps. While we will do our best to protect your personal information, the transmission of data is at your own risk.
Foreground location permissions are optional for the noticar app to work. It is used to allow you to locate yourself on the map or to let you navigate to your phone or other device with the noticar tracker app installed.
Camera permissions are only needed to use the QR code scanner. Granting permissions is not necessary for the proper Apps work.
Nearby devices (Bluetooth) permissions are needed to allow connection with an OBDII (ELM327) adapter. Granting permissions is not necessary for the proper Apps work.
