Terms and Conditions of the noticar and the noticar tracker applications
1. General information
By registering and logging into the applications, you agree to the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions outline the user's responsibilities, the application's limitations of liability, and other important details about the use of the application.
If you have any doubts or questions about these terms and conditions, you should contact the application support team before registering or logging in.
It's important for all users to follow the rules set forth in this terms and conditions document. Failure to do so can result in consequences such as a ban from the application.
2. Purpose and use of the application
The noticar and noticar tracker mobile applications allow you to track the location of a vehicle by using an Android phone or other Android device. The purpose of the application is to provide you with real-time information about the location of your vehicle, and to collect information about the vehicle state. The noticar tracker application uses the GPS feature on your device to determine the location of the vehicle and display it on a map in the noticar application. You can also set up alerts and notifications for specific events, such as when the vehicle leaves or enters a certain area. By registering and logging in to the application, you can access all of its features, including the ability to track multiple vehicles, view past location history, view statistics, and share mentioned information (including location) with others.

Applications means the noticar application and the noticar tracker application,
Service means our service that collects geo-location data and allow you to track your vehicle using noticar and noticar tracker applications,
noticar application means the main application of the noticar system, allowing to read the data collected by the noticar tracker application,
noticar tracker application means the locator/tracker application that collects geo-location data and sends it to our Service.
OBDII (On-Board Diagnostics II) is a standardized diagnostic system in vehicles that allows monitoring vehicle parameters and identification of faults by accessing data from the vehicle's computerized control system.
5. Minimal technical requirements

6. Liability for damages
The author of the noticar and the noticar tracker mobile applications is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the applications or devices like OBDII adapters by you or third parties. You are responsible for properly installing and positioning the phone or OBDII adapter in a safe place in the vehicle. You are solely responsible for any damage to your vehicle, phone or other devices resulting from improper placement or use of your phone or OBDII adapter. Additionally, tracking someone without their knowledge is strictly prohibited and you will be held solely responsible for any consequences that may arise from such actions. You use the application at your own risk, and any resulting inconvenience is your sole responsibility.
7. Violating the Terms and Conditions
7.1. You are obliged to use the applications in a manner consistent with the law and good manners, taking into account respect for personal rights as well as the copyrights and intellectual property of the Author and third parties.
7.2. Access to the noticar service may be blocked for you in the event that you:
7.2.1 use the noticar and noticar tracker applications for purposes incompatible with their intended use or to the detriment of third parties,
7.2.2. obstruct other users from using the noticar and noticar tracker applications, including by interfering with individual elements of the IT environment,
7.2.3. take actions aimed at reading passwords of other users accounts, including attempts to unauthorizedly guess those passwords,
7.2.4. share login or password to your account with other users or unauthorized third parties,
7.2.5. use solutions (including devices or software) that enable the use of the noticar service in an unauthorized manner (in particular, not based on the concluded agreement),
7.2.6. violate these Terms and Conditions.
8. Suspensions of service
We may temporarily suspend the Service or access to our applications during any modifications or maintenance. We reserve the right to do so in order to ensure the proper functioning of our system and provide the best possible user experience. We will endeavor to minimize the duration of any suspension and will provide notice to you in advance whenever possible.
9.1. The noticar application offers paid monthly subscriptions that provide access to application features. The current list of functionalities is described in the application before making a payment.
9.2. Subscriptions are processed through the Google Play store.
9.3. The billing period begins on the day of subscription purchase. This means that you will be charged a monthly subscription fee, which will be automatically deducted from your account every month. To avoid unwanted charges, you are obligated to cancel the subscription before the end of the current billing period.
9.4. Current subscription prices are always provided in the application and may change. If there is a change in subscription price, you will be notified and will have the option to continue or cancel the subscription.
9.5. Prices depend on your region of residence and are managed by the Google Play store.
9.6. The application offers a one-time, free trial period for each subscription, whose availability and current duration are provided in the application. The trial period allows full access to the application's functionality. At the end of the trial period, the subscription is automatically renewed and payment is deducted from your account. To avoid unwanted charges, you are obligated to cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period.
9.7. A canceled subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that time, you lose access to the subscribed application features.
9.8. A canceled subscription can be renewed at any time from within the application.
9.9. In the event that you are blocked by noticar due to a violation of Terms and Conditions, you are obligated to cancel the subscription manually through the Google Play store. In case of a violation of the Terms and Conditions, a refund may be possible according to its content.
9.10. Subscriptions are shared across devices, but can only be managed from the Google Play account from which they were purchased. This means that you can use a subscription on any device, but you will not be able to manage the subscription from another device on which you are not logged in to your Google Play account.
9.11. A refund is possible only within 14 days of purchasing a subscription and only if the user has not used the application during that time. To receive a refund, you must contact customer support. The refund will be made after successful verification no later than 30 days from the date of the refund request and will be returned to your account via Google Play. Refunds can only be made for the current billing period of the subscription.
9.12. You are responsible for all costs related to payments (such as payment processing fees). The application does not charge any additional fees for payment processing.
9.13. In case of changes in subscription or payment policies, you will be notified by the application or email. These changes will be effective from the moment they are introduced, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription.
9.14. noticar is not responsible for unauthorized payments or subscriptions made by you, nor for data transmission costs. You are responsible for using payment features responsibly and for protecting your account and device from unauthorized access.
10. Data removal
You have the right to request the removal of your data from our service. User and tracker data can be removed manually in the main app settings. We will process such requests promptly, but please note that certain data (e.g. LOGs or payments history) may be retained for administrative reasons. Additionally, please be aware that some data, such as events and journeys history, are automatically deleted after one year. It is important to note that once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
11. Technical Support
In case of any questions or problems related to the applications, you can contact the technical support team through the contact form available within the applications settings or by sending an email to the support email address: email@example.com. Our technical support team will do their best to answer any questions and resolve any issues in a timely manner. If you encounter a problem with the device you use to track the vehicle, you should contact the device manufacturer for assistance.
12. Complete termination of the Service
We reserve the right to completely terminate the Service and access to our applications. In such a case, we will inform you about the termination date of the Service and provide information about cancellations and refunds. You are responsible for canceling your own subscriptions, as failure to do so may result in further charges.
